    Social anxiety is a common problem among teenagers.

    It is the chronic fear of being judged, embarrassed, experiencing humiliating interactions, shyness, or being rejected in social situations. Social anxiety can make teenagers feel isolated and alone.

    This fear can become so intense and persistent that it interferes with daily activities, such as school, work, and relationships.

    Neuro-Linguistic Programming(NLP) is one of the most effective therapies for social anxiety. NLP works by helping individuals change their negative thought patterns and behaviors related to social situations.

    In NLP, individuals learn how to challenge and replace their negative thoughts with more positive and realistic ones, as well as develop skills to cope with anxiety-provoking situations.

    If you are ready for rapid transformation in record time, then working with a coach is the best program for you.

    Think of your coach as your guide sitting in your blind spot, assisting you to create long-lasting change with a set of skills that can interrupt and rewire the structure of the problem. It is a process where you and your coach will work together to change and delete all that prevents you from living your dream.

    First, an assessment will be done to discover the structure of the problem. Each problem is unique and once the structure is identified, the most appropriate change techniques are utilized to reframe and change the problem structure. Once the change work has been completed, goals are established and planned that best supports the change work. Maintenance sessions are follow-up sessions to assist in the installation of new behaviours and habits.

    Assessment - Step 1

    2 Hours – This session is to establish the construct, details and triggers of the problem/pattern/behavior.

    Change Work - Step 2

    4-6 Hours. Based on the assessment, various techniques most relevant to the specific problem will be used. These are unique to the client to deconstruct the pattern/problem. All major negative emotions and limiting beliefs are released, balanced and reframed.

    Goals Setting - Step 3

    2 Hours. We establish future goals and make sure the correct values are in alignment with the  goals.

    Maintenance Sessions - Step 4

    Usually 1 hour every second week. Your unconscious mind requires repetition for long-range habits to be installed. Recommended for 3-month minimum.
